Hi there

Hi I'm Philip Patston, the Creative Director of Creative Momentum, a project of Diversityworks.

In 2001 I established Diversityworks to provide specialist services in managing diversity and change. I have a varied professional background, a natural flare for creativity, an award-winning sense of humour and a unique experience of diversity. This inspires my approach to helping people change – individuals, organisations and society – from design and strategy to implementation and evaluation.

In 2005 I was a founding trustee of Diversityworks Trust, a non-profit entity, which promotes community development and economic participation, with an emphasis on artistic and creative processes.

I am gay, disabled, live in Auckland, New Zealand and, until 2008, was vegetarian. My work – an eclectic mix of entrepreneurial leadership, consulting and performing – sees me travel regularly around New Zealand and has also led me to Australia, the US, Canada, the UK and even Belgium.
